Login to your account using your dealer code and your password or your username by removing the check 5. Click the Activate a Subscriber link. 6. Place your Pin# on your voucher, zip code and the sim card number on the boxes then click the Submit button. HOW TO RENEW MONTHLY PLAN ONLINE
1. Go to https://portal.smartworldmobile.com/dealer Login to your account using your dealer code and your password or your username by removing the check 2. Then enter the Smart Mobile Number 3. Below the Customer's name click the 3 stars in the circle on top of the E-Pin 4. Scratch off PIN at the back of the card and place your the Pin then follow the instructions Note: Choose whether Activate New account or Use an Existing Account 5. Then fill-out the subscriber information. 6. Under the handset information only the Sim Serial Number (Sim Card) is to be filled-out.. 7. Then go to Manage Secondary Account You may add 3 Secondary Account(s) Please enroll at least 1 secondary account to continue with the activation and so on and so forth then save HOW TO PORT-IN A SUBSCRIBER 1. Go to https://portal.smartworldmobile.com/dealer. Login to your account using your dealer code and your password or your username by removing the check 2. Click the Port-in a Subscriber link then fill-out the Mobile Number, Port-in Information , Subscriber Information, Sim Card and Handset Information (only the Sim Card # then save. Place your browser on the System link then click User Account 2. Click the Create New User link located below the Customer link 3. Place your arrow on Please Select button then click the Sub Independent Agent. 4. Create the User name on this format 'agt_rov_ca_then your first name" then fill-out the form then Save HOW TO CHANGE PASSWORD 1. Go to https://portal.smartworldmobile.com/dealer. On the upper right hand corner click on the icon (on the circle) scroll down all the way to the end of the page and you will find the Change Password Button. 3.
